Once you have finished shopping & wish to order what is in your basket, you are taken to a SECURE SERVER ordering page, this will then process your order to us. Credit Cards : All you have to do is enter your credit card number and expiry date as well as security number (if applicable) at the checkout. All information is received via our 128 bit encrypted secure connection.

Cheque / Money Order :: Also an option for those without a credit card. We prefer bank cheques or money orders although personal cheques will be accepted but will incur a clearance time of up to 3 to 5 working days.

Damaged Goods

T.P.M prides itself on taking exceptional care when packaging and sending your chosen goods. If an item should arrive damaged, please contact us promptly to discuss an appropriate resolution.Please check the package for damage and it this is the case check the goods are not damaed within, if so do not sign for them and let use know immeditely

We take the utmost care to check over any stock before it leaves us, however should an item arrive that is faulty we will happily replace that item or refund its value upon receipt and authentication of fault.


Prices are listed in Australian dollars . If you are an international customer then Australian GST does not apply to your order upon checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.


We here at Torque Power Motorcycles want your online motorcycle shopping to be a good experience.! Therefore if for any reason you are not happy with your order, or it is the wrong model for your motorcycle or doesn’t do or look how we say it is going to, then we are completely happy to provide an exchange or refund (provided the items are unused and returned in the condition they were received). Simply send all returns in original packaging and condition, accompanied by the invoice to Torque Power Motorcycles Australia within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Please call or email prior to returning so we can issue you with a return approval number. All goods must be sent via registered/express post only.

Refunds will only be given for the value of the item, not including the initial cost of shipping the item to the customer unless we have made the mistake. Torque Power Motorcycles Australia is not responsible for products lost during return shipping. Exchanges should include a self addressed prepaid satchel with the return of the item for the replacement stock to be sent to the customer in.
