Exhaust Systems

We can supply high performance exhaust systems made in Italy. These systems are of very high quality and come in some very unique styles and designs. All are built with maximum performance and come in the form of Polished Stainless steel,Titanium, Carbon or Aluminium Mufflers

The power & torque gain can be of 5-7 Hp over the entire engine rev range with improved weight loss. All Q.D, SilMoto and Agostini systems unless specified are Euro 3 homologated standard with removable db killers and catalyst converters.

The materials are machined on state of the art equipment and all fastening elements are laser cut AISI 304 stainless steel, while all welds are Tig.

Q.D’s, SilMoto & Agostini systems testing department is integrated with its fluid-dynamic design . All systems are dimension and calculated using sophisticated software that meets the need to offer the market the maximum phonometric yield and performance.

We can supply systems for Ducati, Moto Guzzi, BMW, Aprilia, MV Agusta and KTM.

The systems come in 2 options

• Full exhaust systems with slip on mufflers and bracket attachments

• Slip on mufflers and bracket attachments

These systems can be used with standard ECU but is recommended to use a RexXer map if possible with an overall gain of up to 8 Hp and torque with a smoother drivable engine, right through the rev range.
